During lockdown we're using our time to test new menu items. The latest dish used fresh seafood🐟 from Lake District Lobster & Seafood in Ulverston. The dish is fresh John Dory, pan fried with a light curry coating. Served with fresh greens + rosemary & garlic roasted new potatoes. Delicious!😋
