It’s wildflower planting season! 🌱🌻🌱 Fall plantings give wildflower seeds needed cold treatments that crack the seed’s outer coating before they’re ready to germinate in the spring. Scatter the seeds in bare dirt and take a stroll over the area to settle the seeds.

Look southeast after midnight and you might just catch the annual Orionid Meteor Shower! These meteors are predicted to be extremely fast, coming in at 41 miles/sec ! To have an easier time spotting them try to find an area with minimal light pollution. #stillwateroklahoma

Staff has been busy repurposing space in the park office to accommodate an education corner! The park's natural environment is a great place for learning and exploration. This project puts us one step closer towards our goal of providing more educational experiences for youth!
