Had a fabulous session with a long time sub of mine. Afterwards we discussed the health benefits of regular discipline and punishments. I have seen this many times with subs who say that they definitely improve in both mind and body. What are your experiences? Let me know.

I agree completely. It takes a real man to submit to regular pain and know that it is good for them. Many others are all mouth and no action.
