D2 of the new year & this word keeps coming back to my mind. It's been hard to let go of last years' word (grow) as I feel there is much more I could keep doing. Inspire is intimidating & a lot to live up to. How do you inspire with so much on your plate?...

... but it keeps coming back to mind. Maybe I do have ways I will inspire. This year will be hard, but perhaps that is where the inspiration will come from.

I really did not have a word for last year besides maybe recovery. Recovering from the pandemic, perhaps. This year, my word is confidence. I want to be confident as a mom, person, teacher, and leader. I will not sell myself short this year. #confidence #oneword
