Outdated regulations + uneducated policy makers = barrier for mobilizing the labour movement and worker co-ops, because surprise, surprise access to capital is a hurdle. But 2/3 of worker co-ops in US got started in last 15 yrs - we can do this! #CWCF2018 service sector thrives
