I have joined with some other MPs who have concerns about the Assisted Dying Bill to put out a statement about the removal of the High Court from the decision.

I didn’t vote in favour of Assisted Dying Bill but welcomed the commitment that it would face fair scrutiny as it proceeded through the House. I worry we are not seeing that at the moment.
