Lost my dad to COVID this morning. I'm devastated yo 😔

I can’t stress enough how important it is to try and keep calm/ keep family members calm when you/they are in hospital with COVID. I’ve literally seen people’s oxygen levels dropping from anxiety alone. Keeping a positive mindset is SO important in fighting this disease.

I love my dad so much. He was always there in every step I took in life. It's so sad that he won't be able to guide me for the rest of my years on this earth. Regardless, I will continue to live my life like he's watching me. That will give me solace. I love you forever 😔

Even when he was critically ill.. he was still more concerned about my health and recovery more than his own. A father's love... Shit breaks my heart man.

The way we are not dealing with Loss properly because everything is moving fast. The way we’ve become so comfortable with laughter being our Top coping mechanism. The way we are just existing, is dangerous. If this pandemic ever dies down, we are in trouble, Mentally.
