A3 “being cognizant of the emotional complexities” involved when implementing change. And recognizing that tipping point from providing support to holding people accountable. #timeforchangegfps

A4 Building Capacity as a Leadership skill. Just because we ask/want our team to make a change doesn’t mean we’ve helped prepare them to do it successfully. #timeforchangegfps

A5 I will pay more attention to my “investments” on a regular basis as we move forward with some exciting and necessary changes. #timeforchangegfps
