Horrifying. A Chinese billionaire is accused of raping a female University of Minnesota student, and her own professor colludes with the defense team to secretly record her conversation. No shame. UMN dean accused of misconduct in sexual assault case. mndaily.com/272823/news/um…

The University administration has been covering this up for almost four years. Deposition testimony and other evidence was kept under judicial seal to avoid "embarrassment." I discussed this incident in a 2020 memo to the Board of Regents but they did nothing. Pathetic.
