Alot can happen in a year and this time 1 year ago I captured one of my favourite star trails from New Zealand’s North Islands highest peak, Mt Ruapehu. At 2700m/9176ft and in -20°c this was the ultimate test of astro photography. This 4 hour star trail is one of my best yet.
