.Robert Stivers was joined by Rye Development Paul Jacob and Governor Andy Beshear to announce the $1.3 billion Lewis Ridge Pumped Storage facility on a former coal mine, an $81 million federal grant creating over 1,500 jobs and energy to power nearly 67,000 homes annually.

Got up early today to talk to the Frankfort Press Corps @ constitutional amendments, SB1 post-secondary education, SB2 school safety, SB6, SB8, violent crimes, nuclear energy, childhood education, exceptions for abortion, and of course, the budget. #kyga24

Thrilled to address a packed room of bourbon enthusiasts, many who contributed > $50 million in barrel taxes in 2023 alone. Increased tax base, increased property taxes and increased revenue because we’ve created a positive environment around KY’s authentic beverage. #KYGA24

Thoughts and prayers are with Rocky Adkins and his family as they mourn the loss of his father. From the Craft Academy, to improving roads and providing clean water in eastern Kentucky, we’ve made a lot of progress together.
