Hiring and putting systems in place to manage people is what helps take a business to the next level. Without employees it’s just a self-employed job. If you think you can do good with 1 on 1, imaging the impact on the world when you scale up with employees.

Crazy how many people misinterpret fear for respect. There’s a difference.
