Like any other Parliament,Tanzania Parliament enacts laws for justice delivery. Kenyans invited by E.A. law Society went to Tanzania to follow up on the treason case of opposition Leader Tundu Lissu, hence, the Parliament has fallen short of disclosing laws broken by the Kenyans!
