Let your fears go

Often times I start contemplating life, humanity, the universe and everything in between.

At first my mind is, for lack of better words, a mess. Going 100,000 miles per hour in every direction.

I will have so many thoughts at once that I try to makes notes of them all, so that I can make sense of my own thought process.

But when I begin to take written notes is when I begin reflecting on each thought that flushed my mind.

And with these reflections, I find my mind at ease.

To say that I understand my mind is a complete misunder statement, because I do not, and do not know that I ever will in this lifetime.

But what I do know is, I am beginning to understand that in this complex mind of mine, I am but temporary.

And in these temporary moments that feel like a lifetime, I just want to be kind to all beings.

When I read words of hatred, no matter the spectrum of the opinion which it comes from, all I want is for those beings to feel peace.

It's like when you have all the words in your head, but don't know exactly how to say them.

So you keep rambling on trying to find the words you're literally feeling, but there are no words that fit just right.

When you're so upset, that you can't even form a sentence pinpointing the root as to why you are this upset.

So you just talk give yourself a pep talk like "whatever made your face go red and your mind uneasy, just let it the fuck go. You got this!"
