In England in 2024 only 2,864 houses sold under £150,000.   It is really, really difficult for people to afford to break out of the rental trap and buy their own home, unless the cost of building new homes comes down.   Part of the solution could come from small Kwikhaus houses.

Trump has stopped all US aid to Ukraine, both financial & military. Everything suggests, notably his own words, that he supports Putin's war of aggression in Ukraine. How can any Ukrainian-American who still supports Trump watch yourself in the mirror? Trump is Ukraine's enemy.
