The Singapore Sling was first developed almost 110 years ago at the colonial Raffles Hotel in Singapore, and quickly spread around the globe. Ours is mixed with house-made grenadine and bitters, Cherry Heering, @Cointreau, and fresh lime and pineapple juice.

Fried Taro Puffs - Wu Gok - are one of the most unique items on a dim sum cart. When fried, a reaction of the taro root starch results in a light, crispy lattice. A creamy & starchy layer follows, w/ a delicious core of pork and shrimp hiding in the center. Try one this weekend!
