Losing my mum 5yrs ago the only thing that helped me through was my Instagram account. It helped me not go into deep thoughts/depression when my mum had passed...

I see so many accounts to this day getting deleted and my heart goes out to everyone. Not only is it something we all enjoy doing. But it also helps some out when their at there lowest
