At the PSAC T&F Championships this past weekend, Ava Bendetti and Colleen Gilbert competed in the distance medley relay together, placing 4th overall in the event. Both individuals also achieved season-best times in the 800m (Ava, 4th) & 3000m (Colleen, 10th). Congrats, ladies!
