Congratulations to KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center's Dr. Heather Wilkins for her RO1 Award for which she was recognized at a recent Alzheimer’s Association AWARE Luncheon. It’s a five-year grant to study the function of amyloid precursor protein (APP) in cell’s energy levels.
