BREAKING: XB-1 has completed its second flight at the Mojave Air & Space Port in CA. XB-1 retracted and extended its landing gear for the first time and successfully demonstrated a new digital stability augmentation system. We continue to target year-end for supersonic flight.

How to effectively raise funds (for your main competitors). The only way this makes sense is if the truly dangerous competitor was left off the list!

For early stage investing, large portfolios (~100 investments) outperform small portfolios (~30 investments). The goal for pre-seed or seed GPs is to invest in a large enough number of companies to maximise the chance of finding outliers (about 2% for ~50x, 5% for ~15x according

I've always wanted to know which companies create the best product managers. I finally have answers. I teamed up with Live Data Technologies to see which companies’ PM alumni go on to see: 1. The most promotions 2. The fastest immediate promotion 3. The fastest rise to leadership roles

Fun fact. Apple uses a consistent corner radius of about 38 pixels across ALL its products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. A strategy that helps all their devices look and feel connected. This is a demonstration.

21 RMB for Peking Duck delivered to my hotel in Dalian, China. That’s 3 USD nominal and 5.78 USD PPP. Meituan platform. How possible? High volume for the shop, pre-made, delivered to automated locker (in hotel lobby), and yes, wages under 30 RMB/hr. Lunch for 6 next day from KFC

I have so many thoughts on this, as someone who has run large EPD orgs. One of the toughest parts about doing an AI operating transformation inside a prod/eng/design org is that people start operating out of their lane and it stresses SO MANY PEOPLE out. PMs can vibe code
