Whiteout conditions across Kansas City into Topeka from ongoing blizzard. 2"-3" per hour accumulations for totals pushing 2-feet in some areas of Kansas Snowfall still to come upwards of 14" including Topeka and Kansas City.

Looks like I-70 is starting to back up at exit 313 near Manhattan with people unable to drive on the interstate due to either shutdowns or accidents blocking the road. Looks like they may have to ride out the rest of the storm in their cars. Not ideal. #kswx
