Long before the GOP was holding up UKR aid, President Biden admin, Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III , Secretary Antony Blinken was holding up the long range ATACMS, which should have been sent in MAR23 in huge numbers. GOP is to blame, but not alone.
