Coaches we had came third in the 4x2, I had split a 22.3 on a bad hamstring. I had came 2nd in the 400meter time was a 53.7 with a bad hamstring. I had previously ran the 4x8 where i had pulled up and hurt my hamstring in that race. Still a working process !
