i need to be officially underweight in one week ana starts now fr

decided not to continue the thread with daily reports. i have been following the plan for three weeks now and i think the habit has already been formed

only a few days left before the vacation. im exited and nervous in the same time. really have a huge list of things to do

i wish i was skinnier

had a really wonderful vacation but i think i gained a ton of weight 😭 scared to weigh myself so i might not do this for a few days

i wish every day was like today only coffee cals

feel like something is coming my PRIME time

i don’t eat anything again

want to hit ugw by the end of the year
