Interesting that Airbnb doesn’t allow anywhere one can complain about their own customer service! Getting machine responses only from a company that should be all about the human touch. 🤷🏻‍♀️

At the end of the day being an honest and attentive, top rated host for years Airbnb has no value. Non rated guests who make exaggerated claims that they can’t tell host in person, that accuse old ladies of stealing and then steal themselves are apparently more trustworthy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wondering how come Airbnb support agents can’t answer my simple question?? On strict cancellation policy what happens when someone cancels 14+ days in advance??

Urging @airbnb to fix their cancellation policy page as the strict policy makes no sense. Basically the way it is laid out now it is better for guests to cancel 7-14 days before checkin (50% refund) rather than 20 days before (0% refund) 🤷🏻‍♀️

How can an Uber trip fare not be elegible for adjustment when the driver never turned off the ride after dropping me off and charging me double?? And can't speak to a human at #uber either. Anyone knows a way to reach a human at this business? #badservice #nastydriver
