This week Red watch welcomed School of Health Sciences student #Paramedic Wiz onto the watch for a 2 week placement. So far he's experienced RTC drill, building fire BA exercise, pumping drills & even attended a fire in the open 🔥, automatic fire alarm 🚨 & an assist EEAST Ambulance Service 🚒🚑
Tonight's training for Red watch and School of Health Sciences student paramedic Wiz was an animal rescue and trauma exercise with a simulated rider trapped under a horse 🚑🚒🤕🐎

Last night Red watch Suffolk Fire & Rescue Service #firefighters took part in a joint large animal rescue exercise with RSPCA (England & Wales) inspectors and vet at a farm near Halesworth. This resulted in a successful rescue of Brian, our horse manikin 🐎🚒
