Drinking my new obsession from Never Coffee (Yuzu + Salt iced latte WHAT?!) and scheming up season 4 of @copperandheat. In this season we're exploring the intersections of craft, labor, and art in food. When I say craft and art in the culinary world, what do you think of?

I somehow ended up with 3 bags of carrots and 5 dozen eggs in my fridge before Easter, so obviously, I had to make carrot cake. Used the recipe from jaswinder kaur with a few modifiers with what I had in my fridge (including a curd to use more eggs). Turned out pretty delicious.

I just feel like ppl are not paying enough attention to the level of violence that has escalated against the LGBTQ community in the past few months, it's getting exponentially worse by the day.
