Every time I see data like this, I get angrier and angrier. Educators were hoodwinked by the ed-tech industry, and the casualty of that experiment has been a generation of children who are cognitively impaired because we brought screens into schools.

According to a story on AP today ... Indiana has the fourth biggest decline in girls high school basketball participation since the year 2000, down 39% .. over 4,000 less girls playing! In the US, numbers are down 45%. I wrote a column on this a year ago. tinyurl.com/mr3mtf26
