The #brain prioritizes info on 3 levels - survival, emotion, cognitive - in that order. Unfortunately some Ss arrive in survival mode, many in emotional discontent, & we need them to be in the cognitive. It begs the question "what do u do for Ss as soon as they enter ur room?"
