Vishal Singh Jain I do both. I have a walking pad at home to jump on for 10 minutes every now and then when I don't have time to go out for 90 minutes. Walking longer outside has huge mental benefits too. I often chew on ideas or solve coding problems subconsciously while walking. Both are okay.
