2. Transcatheter ventriculoplasty (i.e. via AccuCinch, MIRTH, Carillon) - early data suggests a global ventricular remodeling process (mediated neurohormonally?) can occur after a local physical cinching of the LV in HFrEF pts on optimal GDMT (below: AccuCinch from Journal of Cardiac Failure)
