Shri Rahul Gandhi has once again stood up for Dalit and Adivasi rights, calling for a national law that guarantees a fair share of the budget for their welfare. In 2012 Congress Govt in Andhra Pradesh enacted a legislation on SC/ST sub plan. Later Congress Govt in Karnataka too
