Did you know highlighters react to UV blacklight? We do now! Just 1 thing Ss discovered at our 1st ever stage crew only practice for Mary Poppins JR. Ss explored some tech & design through centers that included spot lights, RGBAW+UV LEDs, cueing, and set design, + cleaning up.

Among the great activities at Wednesday's Studio & Stage event is the "Instrument Petting Zoo," where students will be able to try strings & band instruments that will be offered as lessons at elementary schools next year! 🥁🎻🎷🎺

5th Gr. Ss explore Big Idea 5.3 (People use music to influence the way others view the world) by responding to Flocabulary The Week in Rap Junior. They used the Lyric Lab and the vocabulary learned in the May 11 rap to create their own about the current 🌋 in Hawai’i .
