Again, we see parents don't want to opt out of libraries. In Nov., Cypress-Fairbanks ISD implemented an "opt out" policy. We checked. Only 70 parents out of 118,584 students opted out. That's .05%. Districts need to recognize that this is a small minority. fox26houston.com/news/cyfair-is….
