Here’s what I know: you will not forget 2020. So many of us look for connection, reassurance, regulation. Be the one. Show up. Be kind. Give it away however you can today.

Check in on friends and family. Be kind. Just because someone carries it well, doesn’t mean it’s not heavy. Be brave enough to ask questions, or join in on a conversation that makes you uncomfortable. We need you just to notice. And truthfully friends, sometimes we will miss it.

Today, consider the people you are thankful for, not the things. See, we can have our health, and our job, and our homes, but it is the people who walk beside us and live with us who give it all meaning.
