No regard for passengers time. Surely passengers have planned their day - interviews, meetings, connecting flights. No one cares. Airline culture in India is now like ‘the friend who is always late’ - they’ve said they’ve left but they’re yet to even get ready lol

To top this - if a passenger is to make one date change - either they are subject to a higher fare for greater flexibility OR they pay a heavy date change fee. Nearly 50% of the flight cost itself. To top that - every seat has a price tag too.
