A seminar on Development of an E-Platform for Market Intelligence of Trees was held in District Collectorate, Kanyakumari on Nov 30,2023. The event included discussions with farmers, tree operators, and timber traders regarding the advancement of the e-platform for Timber Market.

The Nature Trail Program for Govt. school, organized by WWF-India, with Dist. School Education, Kanniyakumari Forest Division, Dist. Administration, Kanniyakumari Nature Foundation, and Dist. Eco Club, was flagged off by the District Collector as part of Mission Eyarkai program on 02/12/23.

The Kanniyakumari Forest Division has initiated nature walk for school students at the Kalikesam Eco Camp. Every week, students from different schools actively participate in the camp, gaining diverse experiences, facilitated by department staff & educators from Kanniyakumari Nature Foundation.
