Quick bit of campaigning at Stoneleigh this morning en route to the office supporting Paul Kennedy Epsom Lib Dems
Very disappointing that 187 Tory peers this afternoon stopped proposals from Sarah Olney and SalBrinton which would have given victims access to transcripts of sentencing remarks and judges' summaries free of charge.
This is an insult to victims.
