For the last few weeks FA Justin Topa has been working on his slider with Rapsodo Baseball. The first report is from a pen last Friday, and the second report is from yesterday. After a few weeks of trial and error, we finally have the shape and metrics we're looking for.

Many different grips and cues were used, and ultimately cueing to pull down on the side of the ball led to the nasty sliders from yesterday. From here, goals are to lock in the consistency and throw it hard #pitchdesign
