Just read discharge from W/E ED attendance - irritated by so much inaccuracy & discredit of pain + hx. Weighing someone with ED fully clothed & with coat & shoes on then adding to those to their main notes is not helpful at all 😩😢#chronicpain #EdSer #gaslightingisexhausting

Pain team advise new med, told to see GP for script. GP; we won’t start, it needs to be pain team. 3/52 to get back to pain team; advise same, but won’t prescribe; see GP. GP form done, GP called me, still won’t px. So fed up/exhausted & frustrated 😓Being F/T pt = sucks 😓

Fracturing proximal humerus is way more painful than I even realised. The lack of splinting ability sucks, added to self inflicted loss of analgesia options & eating/nutrition issues. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. ☹️😥😭
