Brrrr winter has arrived!

Frustrating week using Lloyds, payment card denied for grocery delivery while on holiday. I’ve tried chat service; told I had to phone, on hold for an hour. Ridiculous service, cards are still blocked!

It's been a week and i can't go out with a buggy as it won't go in the snow! Just done some painting and made cakes, slightly crazy now!
