I got off a plane to find my independence stripped from me. This cannot continue happening to disabled people. This #wheelchair is my mobility. My entire life is powered by this wheelchair. Another flight, another broken wheelchair damaged by #airlines.

It is clear that Air Canada does not know how to treat customers with disabilities equitably. Too many stories by people with disabilities point to physical and emotional harm caused by airline carelessness.

As the national airline of Canada, this discriminatory behaviour towards customers with disabilities cannot continue. .Air Canada must be held accountable.

How is it ok that instead of delivering my credit card to my address the FedEx driver googled it and felt he wasn’t sure which door to deliver it to. So he just didn’t deliver it. This has been going on since Feb 14 and now they’re refusing to deliver till next week!
