The 30 day, 30 district, 3000 km roadtrip opened my eyes. I saw the Bhubaneswar ITI, right behind the Raj Bhaban, where black moss covered the ceiling, I saw Pattamundai ITI which had paan and gutka spit on every wall. I saw ITI Subarnapur where at 1030AM, no student nor teacher
