So take the Kes 40.0M, deduct expenses at Kes 25.0M, then deduct Corporate Income Tax at 30.0% & the remainder is Kes 10.5M. In the event that Sec.24 Income Tax applies, slap 5.0% Withholding Tax & that translates to Kes 525,000 to the revenue authority.
