While I think it’s incredible value getting that for Desmond Bane. I can’t help but to think of the assets the grizzlies wasted over the years trying to play the young player game and what they could’ve done with said assets instead of having to trade away the best shooter.

This has to be satire at this point

I’m gonna reserve judgment on the Grizz moves until they’re all done. But right now, trading away more picks to keep getting younger, after trading away Bane. I dunno, hopefully they got a long way to go.

If the Grizzlies just buyout Cole Anthony without trading him somewhere will be wild. Clearly an easily trade-able contract and a good player attached to it

Grizzlies did their business backwards. Should have created space for Jaren first then announced/did his deal. Now they have to move assets and everyone in the league knows it because the math doesn’t work without it.

Cole Anthony has agreed to a contract buyout with the Memphis Grizzlies and plans to sign with the Milwaukee Bucks after he clears waivers, sources tell ESPN. Grizzlies finalized the buyout with Jeff Schwartz and Javon Phillips of Excel Sports for Anthony's new opportunity.

Why not just keep him on a two way, is there should mad rush to sign another unproven guard to a multi year guaranteed contract that everyone else is unaware of? Grizzlies continue to double down on unproven youth
