@aurorabrshealis Debbie Dujanovic KSL NewsRadio $400K home needs $80,000 down payment and roughly $2400 monthly payment. That means a take home salary of roughly $10k/month. Who makes $150k a year just "starting out"? Starter homes should be affordable on the median income ($32k individual/$75k family in Utah). So <= $200k.
