Having our annual binge watch of SBD World's Strongest Man in preparation for the final tomorrow & Logan is trying his own version of the Pickaxe hold, The Wee Hammer Hold 😁, he managed 1'46" and was very chuffed to beat Tom Stoltman's time 😂

Around 145,000 people live with #Parkinsons in the UK. So along with Neuro Heroes we want to STAND UP to Parkinson’s by coming together to do a collective 145,000 sit to stands over the course of Jan 2022. Here is some of today's efforts. 💙

12 years ago today we brought Bella home from the Scottish SPCA 🐾 & she provided me with what is still my favourite pic of her big daft smiley face. Her fur is now a lot whiter, her naps are a whole lot longer but she still makes us smile every day. #RescueDog #Staffy
