went awol for a week bcs i have a cold and therefore was stress eating but i lost a kg? so i am so very back i guess

like i ate 2 medium pizzas, a pack of crazy bread, 2 small burritos from fat bastards, 3 chicken big mac combos with large fries, plus whatever my mom made for dinner every day, occasionally seconds, and snacks. in a week or two. thats like 1.2k a week MINIMUM and i lost 1kg

i thought i would gain at least 3kg

i have one month to hit bmi 17 do we think i can do it?
