Huh, I go away for a while from this thing and it's changed from a bird to a X. Well then... I've been told I needed to promote this to an extent. So, I ended up on a podcast at the Ringer to discuss my career in the ring and what I've been doing since. It'll be out soon...

It took a metric ton of therapy and just diving into pretty much anything else that could keep me busy but...I'm finally over it. I don't hate pro wrestling anymore. Wouldn't ask for a do over but some of the current day wisdom would have gone a long way all those years ago.

Admittedly, getting myself out there and watching independent shows over the past month has helped immensely. No desire to come back as a competitor but I can finally watch it again without suffering outright PTSD, which is...an improvement (understatement of the century).

Slow day and I already did all my work outs, so for the few who still are around…ask me anything. No, really, this is the one time I’m entertaining that (while sober). So hey, go for it.
