We’ve now had 7 failed attempts from BT Openreach to install our home broadband and are both exasperated beyond belief. We still don’t have a resolution and can’t work properly until we do. This is beyond a joke now. Please RT.

British Airways has always been a poor airline but they have surpassed themselves this week. Cancellations, late arrivals meaning airport buses no longer running and all at extra expense! And in response, it’s just a shrug of the shoulders! Awful!
